Frantz new Vice President, (CCS) Operations

Afni is pleased to announce the recent addition of Kim S. Frantz as Vice President, Contact Center Solutions (CCS) Operations.
"Kim will be focused on continuing to build upon our tradition of strong operational excellence," stated Ron Greene, Afni President and CEO.
"Kim has demonstrated strong organizational skills and proven leadership ability in challenging situations. We are pleased to add his capabilities to our already strong complement of customer solutions experience at Afni."
Kim comes to Afni from a 10-year career at CenturyLink, formerly known as Sprint/Embarq. Kim led Inbound and Outbound centers in five states as Director of West Region Sales and Service.
